Information we collect
Website enquiries
When you send an enquiry through our website we collect your name and email address and your message, and, if you choose to give them, your organisation, phone number, the service you are interested in, the approximate number of delegates, your preferred delivery method and your town or postcode.
Phone and email
When you call or email us we keep the details you give us so that we can respond and keep a record of our conversation.
Training and consultancy
When we provide training or consultancy we hold the contact details of the person arranging it and, for learners, the information needed to deliver the course and issue certificates – such as names, contact details, attendance and assessment results. For IOSH courses we also collect the learner’s date of birth, because IOSH requires it to register learners and issue certificates.
