COURSE OVERVIEW:

The FAA Level 2 Award in Manual Handling  Training– Principles and Practice (RQF) is designed for employees who carry out manual handling tasks at work, providing essential knowledge about safe handling techniques, workplace hazards and legal responsibilities. Employers are required by law to take appropriate steps, including training, to reduce the risk of injury from manual handling activities. This qualification is regulated by Ofqual and awarded by First Aid Awards (FAA), and can be delivered in the classroom or via distance learning.
